Since February Tigran Gambaryan the head of Binance has been in custody in Nigeria
Gambaryan, Binance's regional manager in Africa, has been charged with laundering over $35 million. Tigran complains about his poor health (hernia, malaria and pneumonia attacks) and asks to be released on bail.
